In October 2019 we will start our new construction project in the Urbanización Sa Font Seca, Palmanyola, Mallorca. 

Planned are a total of 4 very generously built houseswhich are located in unobstructable nature conservation zone with farsightedness. The new owners will be able to enjoy the fantastic view of the almond plantations, the mountains of Tramuntana, the golf club Son Termens Bunyola, the skyline of Palma de Mallorca and the spectacular sunsets every day anew. It only takes 12 minutes to downtown Palma and 20 minutes to the airport. Students just need 6 minutes by car to reach the university. Also the picturesque town of Valdamosa and Port Soller can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Palmanyola, wich is just a walking distance ahead, has a farmacy, post office, supermarket, several local restaurants and bars and even a Chinese restaurant.
